July 2026 - August 2026, Alumni Theater Company

Stage Manager: Once on This Island

Attended all production meetings and provided feedback and support. Ran all elements of technical rehearsals and performances. Contributed to a supportive, high-quality rehearsal and performance environment that promotes ongoing skill development and artistic growth for yourself and others.

June 2026, Resonance Works

Assistant Stage Manager: Romeo & Juliette

Performed data entry and formatting for tracking paperwork, including but not limited to run sheets and prep checklists. Coordinated various production elements across all departments to allow for proper equipment usage and allocation. Gave all calls and cues to performers to ensure proper timing of elements for production.

March 2026 - May 2026, Alex Manalo Productions

Stage Manager: Sixty Nine - Seventy

Assisted in the running of auditions. Created and maintained tracking paperwork and reporting to ensure clear communication and upkeep of material. Collaborated with director on schedule planning, the running of production meetings, and implementing script updates.

January 2025 - Present, Pittsburgh Public Theater

Company Manager

Coordinate travel and housing arrangements for staff and artists, including flight itineraries, parking passes, housing accommodations, personal shipping, and all arrivals and departures. Oversee and execute company payroll operations, including Actors’ Equity Association dues reporting and all Paylocity operations.

November 2024, Resonance Works

Assistant Stage Manager: The Little Prince

Served as the Props Assistant Stage Manager and Stage Right Assistant Stage Manager. Set up props layout and coordinated handoffs and transitions. Helped to manage the 26 child youth chorus in rehearsals, tech, and performances. Gave cues to principal cast and youth cast efficiently.

September 2024 - October 2024, City Theatre Company

Stage Manager: Young Playwrights Festival 2024

Coordinated readings, rehearsals, and performances for six new works, as written by middle school and high school students. Worked alongside City Theatre staff and guest artists to organize two alternating programs for two weeks of school performances and four individual public performances. 

July 2024 - August 2024, Front Porch Theatricals

Assistant Stage Manager: Bandstand

Performed data entry and formatting for tracking paperwork, including but not limited to run sheets, prep checklists, and transition guides. Served as a deckhand for several handoffs involving hand props, furniture, and larger deck elements. Ran complex, quick deck sequences with accuracy and precision.

Stage Manager: International Summer Dance Festival

Attended all production meetings and provided feedback and support. Ran all elements of technical rehearsals and performances. Collaborated with dancers and front of house to provide seamless transitions, including in between pieces and to and from intermission.

Assistant Stage Manager: A...My Name is Still Alice

Created, formatted, and maintained all tracking paperwork related to technical elements of production. Assisted in running rehearsals in the absence of the stage manager. Communicated clearly and supported all team members across departments. Served as light board operator and called the final Thursday performance.

March 2024 - April 2024, Pittsburgh International Classic Theatre

Stage Manager: What Do I Wear? 

Ran all technical elements for technical rehearsals and gala performances. Set up basic sound systems and ran qlab, including cue edits and level setting. Created and maintained tracking paperwork, cue lists, and calling scripts throughout technical rehearsals and performances for various versions of the production. 

September 2023 - November 2023, City Theatre Company

Stage Manager: Young Playwright's Festival 2023

Coordinated readings, rehearsals, and performances for six new works, as written by middle school and high school students. Worked alongside City Theatre staff and guest artists to organize two alternating programs for two weeks of private performances for schools and four public performances

July 2023, Pittsburgh Playhouse/College Audition Conservatory

Stage Manager: College Audition Conservatory 2023

Ran all evening performances for the College Audition Conservatory's 2023 conference. Coordinated physical production equipment with the needs of varying types of shows, such as variety shows and drag karaoke. Worked alongside RAs to arrange production specifics.

July 2023 - Pittsburgh Playhouse/International Summer Dance

Assistant Stage Manager: International Summer Dance 2023

Provided technical support across seven numbers in various styles. Assisted with personnel management and creation of tracking paperwork. Coordinated various production elements across all departments to allow for proper equipment usage and allocation.

June 2023 - Present, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Events Overhire Staff

Supported the running of multiple events with various companies, such as the College Audition Conservatory and International Summer Dance. Helped to provide proper equipment and contributed venue knowledge to ensure all events are run smoothly and successfully.

May 2023 - June 2023, Spoleto Festival USA

Production Assistant

Served all 19 production locations in preproduction, performances, and postproduction. Oversaw order request forms the delivery of equipment, meals, and persons to the proper venue. Served as Assistant Stage Manager for a performance of Henry Threadgill Zooid. Completed all other duties as assigned, such as key drop offs, kitchen kit deliveries, personal driving duties, and parking ticket payments.

November 2022 - February 2023, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Stage Manager: Newsies

Assisted in various one-on-one meetings, including designer meetings and communications regarding casting. Supported the full artistic team through intradepartmental communication. Created and executed detailed schedules while ensuring the upkeep of the high production value, including the maintenance and replenishing of consumable props, intricate fight, lift, tumble, and intimacy calls. 

September 2022 - December 2022, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Assistant Stage Manager: Cinderella

Assisted in the running of auditions and callbacks alongside other mainstage productions.  Created and maintained complex deck tracking paperwork throughout rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and shows. Instructed, assisted, and supervised the deck crew with precise execution plans for moving large set pieces. Performed all duties as assigned, including but not limited to deck shifts such as the 'pumpkin bowl.'

June 2022 - July 2022, Weathervane Playhouse

Production Stage Manager: Seven Brides for Seven Brothers

Created and executed clear production schedules, including thirty-six costume fittings taking place in conjunction with standard rehearsals. Organized put-in rehearsals for swings within fifteen minutes of curtain call. Scheduled and ran meetings regarding the putting in of a brand-new actor into the main cast halfway through performances, including music rehearsals, blocking rehearsals, fittings, and fight, dance, and intimacy work.

May 2022 - June 2022, Weathervane Playhouse

Production Stage Manager: 9 to 5

Worked with production team during quick turn-around times, including two days of tech without actors due to a heat wave. Assisted in running strike and show changeover across all departments. Created and maintained all tracking and cue paperwork throughout rehearsals, tech, and performances.

May 2022 - July 2022, Weathervane Playhouse

Head of Stage Management

Served at the head of the stage management department at Weathervane Playhouse for 9 to 5, Steel Magnolias, and Seven Brides. Mentored all ASMs for 9 to 5 and Seven Brides and both the PSM and ASMs for Steel Magnolias. Handled all schedules and distribution lists and coordinated all strike and show turnovers.

Stage Manager: Angels in America: Millennium Approaches

Work efficiently and effectively through a shortened rehearsal process and supported the full team through directorial changes. Created and executed detailed schedules while ensuring the upkeep of the high production value, including the substitution of an actor track for the final three performances.

Events Apprentice

Assisted in the running of various events at the Pittsburgh Playhouse, such as Chamber Music events, film festivals, and open house's for Point Park University. Helped in multiple departments including but not limited to lighting, sound, front of house, and deck. Performed all duties as assigned.

Stage Manager: Contemporary Choreographers

Helped to lead production team, cast, and crew through all production policies and protocols, including covid policies. Created and helped execute detailed plans for the deck crew while ensuring the safety of the performers and crew members.

July 2021 - August 2021, Weathervane Playhouse

Stage Manager: Clue the Musical

Helped to lead production team, cast, and crew through all production policies and protocols, including covid policies. Created and helped execute detailed plans for the deck crew while ensuring the safety of the performers and crew members.

May 2021, Point Park University

Stage Manager: Master Thesis Reading's

Led MFA students in utilizing zoom for virtual production and hosted final rehearsals and performances for eight individual play readings. Ran any and all necessary technical elements for live recording and helped in proper documentation and upkeep of paperwork.

March 2021 - April 2021, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Scheduling Coordinator: One-Act Festival

Worked with directors, instructors, and administration at Point Park University and the Pittsburgh Playhouse to ensure everyone had the proper spaces and enough time for their rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and filming sessions.

January 2021 - March 2021, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Stage Manager: Polaroid Stories

Connected designers and performers to develop and execute sets and costumes in the home to be used in virtual production. Utilized zoom and teams simultaneously in order to call performances for live recording.

August 2020 - October 2020, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Stage Manager: Pittsburgh Playlab

Worked with the SM team and directors to run rehearsals for both plays simultaneously. Established calling procedures for virtual productions and oversaw audience chat while calling the livestreamed zoom performances.

February 2020 - March 2020, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Assistant Stage Manager: Student Choreography Project

Assisted with the running of auditions, scheduling, and paperwork for the first weeks of rehearsal. This show was ultimately canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

September 2019 - November 2019, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Assistant Stage Manager: Much Ado About Nothing

Aided with the upkeep and organization of all show paperwork. Instructed, assisted, and supervised the deck crew with large scene changed. Gave all show calls to performers and ensured upkeep and volume of both consumable and non-consumable props.

September 2019 - May 2023, Pittsburgh Playhouse

Properties Apprentice

Assisted with the pulling, creation, and upkeep of props both consumable and non-consumable for in-house productions. Helped to create a detailed database of all stored properties for the purpose of pulling and renting.

Assistant Stage Manager: Dancers' Trust Performance

Aided in the running of spacing's, technical rehearsals, and performances. Completed all assigned gel changes, deck changes, and performance calls across a full company of dancers in various backstage locations.

Assistant Stage Manager: Romeo and Juliet

Changed over set pieces and properties during rehearsals and performances. Gave performance calls and helped to oversee upkeep of paperwork. Ran rehearsals when the stage manager was absent.
